Ramona Estrada

Ramona "Monchis" Estrada was born September 17, 1929, in Michoacán, Mexico, and carried the warmth and spirit of her homeland throughout her life. Ramona made Merced her home, where her quiet strength, deep faith, and unwavering devotion touched the lives of all who knew her. She lived a life defined by perseverance, purpose, and unconditional love, until she peacefully passed on December 9, 2025.

Preceded in death by her parents. Ramona is survived by her loving family, who will forever cherish the warmth of her heart and the love she so freely shared. Ramona faced life’s challenges with courage and grace, never giving up, and always moving forward with determination and hope. Her strength remains a guiding light, reminding everyone that, no matter the obstacles, life is best met with resilience, faith, and unwavering love.

A woman of remarkable compassion and wisdom, Ramona nurtured her family and friends with unconditional love. She gave generously, encouraged endlessly, and inspired those around her to live with intention, kindness, and courage. Her life stands as a testament to the enduring power of love, the beauty of living with purpose, and the quiet strength of faith.

Though she has left this world, Ramona’s spirit lives on — in every memory, every smile, and every act of love she inspired. Her legacy of strength, courage, devotion, and unconditional love will continue to shine, guiding and uplifting all who were blessed to know her.

Ramona "Monchis" Estrada nació el 17 de septiembre de 1929 en Michoacán, México, y llevó la calidez y el espíritu de su tierra natal a lo largo de su vida. Hizo de Merced su hogar, donde su fuerza tranquila, su profunda fe y su devoción inquebrantable tocaron las vidas de todos los que la conocieron. Ramona vivió una vida definida por la perseverancia, el propósito y el amor incondicional hasta que falleció pacíficamente el 9 de diciembre de 2025.

Precedida por sus padres a la muerte, a Ramona le sobreviven su amorosa familia, que siempre apreciará el calor de su corazón y el amor que tan libremente compartía. Enfrentó los desafíos de la vida con valentía y gracia, sin rendirse y siempre avanzando con determinación y esperanza. Su fuerza sigue siendo una luz guía, recordando a todos que, sin importar los obstáculos, la vida es mejor encontrarla con resiliencia, fe y amor inquebrantable.

Una mujer de notable compasión y sabiduría, Ramona alimentó a su familia y amigos con amor incondicional. Dio generosamente, animó sin cesar e inspiró a quienes la rodeaban a vivir con intención, amabilidad y coraje. Su vida es un testimonio del poder perdurable del amor, la belleza de vivir con propósito y la fuerza silenciosa de la fe.

Aunque ha dejado este mundo, el espíritu de Ramona vive en cada recuerdo, en cada sonrisa y en cada acto de amor que inspiró. Su legado de fuerza, coraje, devoción y amor incondicional continuará brillando, guiando y elevando a todos los que tuvieron la bendición de conocerla.

Hasta que nos volvamos a encontrar,  Monchi tu amor y luz permanecerán para siempre en nuestros corazones.
