February 4, 1978 – December 31, 2025
Nikolay “Nick” Oshana was born on February 4, 1978, in Iran, and entered eternal rest on December 31, 2025.
Nick was a devoted husband and a loving father whose life revolved around his family. He is survived by his beloved wife, Jennifer Oshana, and his cherished daughter, Kayleigh Oshana, who were truly the heart of his world. He also leaves behind his loving mother, Arpik Oshana, and his sister, Anil Oshana, both of whom he held close and loved deeply throughout his life.
Nick is also survived by his in-laws, Jeff and Beatrice Trindade; his sisters- and brothers-in-law, Nina and John Ribeiro, and Jessica and Steve Costa; and his treasured nephew and niece, Logan and Leah Costa. He is further survived by aunts, uncles, numerous cousins, and many dear friends from all walks of life whose lives were touched by his kindness, loyalty, and generous spirit.
Nick was preceded in death by his father, Edison Oshana, and by his best friend and brother at heart, Dany Shahbazian.
Nick took great pride in his Assyrian heritage and loved his family fiercely. He enjoyed good food, great company, and cheering on his beloved Dallas Cowboys. Known for his beautiful smile and easygoing nature, Nick loved to laugh and make others feel at home. He was happiest gathered around a fire pit, sharing stories, laughter, a drink, and time with the people he loved most.
Nick never stopped fighting cancer. Throughout his journey, he displayed remarkable courage, strength, and unwavering faith in God—even in the most difficult moments. His resilience, warmth, and love left a lasting imprint on everyone who knew him, and his memory will be carried forward through the lives he touched.
