Michael Paul Richter

Michael Paul Richter Jr., known affectionately as Mikey, passed away on August 6, 2024, in Merced, California, at the age of 39. He was born on March 25, 1985 in Turlock, California. Michael grew up to be a cherished member of his community.

Michael lit up any room with his friendly personality. He will be remembered for his beautiful smile and eyes, fun-loving personality, and his go-getter attitude. Michael loved his family, his dog Peanut, and being an uncle to Azzy and Kai.

From a young age, Michael loved sports whether he was playing or just watching. He most of all loved playing softball with his family and friends. Michael was one of a kind and gave his all no matter what he was doing. He had overcome many obstacles to get where he was in life. He loved helping anyone and everyone. After his passing, Michael graciously donated many gifts to save other lives.

Michael is survived by his father, Michael (Wilma), his mother Margaret (Tim), his siblings Mandi, Myles, Cliff, David, and Brandon, his nephews, Azriel Richter and Malakai Richter, along with his aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
