Manuel "Meño" Rodriguez Jimenez - 74 of Merced, went home to be with our Lord on Saturday, May 2, 2026.

Born March 13, 1952, Meño lived in the Merced area for over 60 years. Where he attended school, furthering his education through college courses, working and raising a family. He was loved deeply and will be missed beyond measure. 

He is survived by his loving partner of 51 years, Margarita Rosales, his children: Michael J. Jimenez, Manuel Jimenez, Ernesto Jimenez and Roberto Jimenez, and 10 grandchildren. He also survived by his brothers Alfred R. Jimenez, Ray R. Jimenez, Eleno Rodriguez, Ismael R. Villa, and his sister Guadalupe "Paloma" Duenas and her husband Anthony Duenas, as well as many nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones. Meño was preceded in death by his mother Manuela R. Villa, his brothers Felix "Chano" Jimenez, Gilbert R. Jimenez and his beloved sister Beatrice R. Jimenez.

The Viewing/Visitation and Chapel Blessing will be on Friday, May 29th at the Wilson Family Funeral Chapel of Merced. Viewing/Visitation will begin at 10:00am followed by the Chapel Blessing at 11:00am. The Graveside Service and Military Honors will immediately follow at Calvary Cemetery.
