Jose Ficher Vieira

José Ficher Vieira, age 76, of Livingston, California passed away at his home on Saturday, August 26, 2023. José, also known as Chique da Menina, was born in Sao Mateus, Terçeira, Açores to Maria Da Gloria Ficher and Francisco Vieira.

José is survived by his spouse of 51 years, Rosa Mariana Vieira of Livingston and his daughter Rosemary Alves (Vieira) Braden and son Joey Alves Vieira. José also leaves behind his grandchildren Dominique, Alexis, Jeff Jr and Denham along with many nieces and nephews to honor his memory.

José was preceded in death by his father, Francisco Vieira, his mother Maria Da Gloria Ficher along with his brother Francisco Ficher Vieira.

José was a member of The Shrine of Saint Jude Thaddeus in Livingston, California.

A Recitation of the Rosary and Funeral Mass will be held Monday, September 11, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Shrine of Saint Jude Thaddeus, 330 Franci St. Livingston, CA 95334 followed by burial service at the Winton Cemetery, 7651 Almond Ave, Winton, CA 95388.
