Dwayne Kennedy

Dwayne Robert Kennedy, 61, of Delhi, CA, passed away at his home on February 10, 2024.

Dwayne was born December 17, 1962, to Betty and Charles in Oakland, CA and grew up in Winton, CA.

In 1987, Dwayne met Renee at work at Roger’s food in Livingston, CA, they dated 3 years before they decided to get married. On March 17, 1990, he married the love of his life, Renee Calderon, at a small ceremony in Lake Tahoe, CA. The two were married for 33 years.

Dwayne enjoyed spending his time camping, riding his Harley, and driving his ‘54 Chevy truck, every adventure he went on he was bound to meet new people and make new friends. Dwayne will be missed deeply by all who knew him.

 Dwayne leaves behind his wife, Renee, his three children, Dwayne Jr, Devin (Deanna) and Miranda (Juan), his six grandchildren, Bryce, Kelsey, Kyle, Emma, Aria, and Elias and his four dogs Harley, Sophie, Leo, and Lola.

He is preceded in death by his parents Betty and Charles, and his nephew David Jeffery.

A visitation will be held on February 20, 2024, from 2-5pm and funeral services will take place on February 21, 2024 at 10 am at Wilson Family Funeral Chapel, burial will take place at Winton Cemetery, followed by a reception at VFW hall in Turlock, CA.
