Blanche Eugenia Victor

Blanche Eugenia Victor was born on June 24, 1930, to Maylan G. Williamson and Blanche O. Brown in Shaw, Arkansas. Blanche sadly passed away on April 19, 2025, in Merced, California.

Blanche’s favorite colors were red and pink. She also loved to paint her nails, and she also loved to sing.

She is survived by her 5 children Jackie Ray Victor, Shirley Ann Love, Virginia Ruth Riddle, Joyce Kaye Victor, and Manuel Lee Victor. Her sister Evelyn and Albert Argan and 21 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, and 14 great great grandchildren.

Blanche is proceeded in death by husband Manuel Victor, son Johnny Victor, mother Blanche Williamson, father Maylan Williamson, and brothers Matthew and Junior.

A chapel service will be held on Friday May 2, 2025 starting at 12:00 pm at the Wilson Family Funeral Chapel at 1290 Winton Way, Atwater, Ca 95301. Burial will follow at the Winton Cemetery. Celebration of life will be held after interment at the VFW in Winton, Ca, from 1:30 pm – 4pm.
