Brian Keith Porter

Brian Keith Porter, age 52, of Merced, California, passed away on April 12, 2024 unexpectedly. He was born on November 10, 1971, at Merced Medical Center.

Brian was a kind and fun-loving person with a positive attitude. Despite his circumstances, he never failed to show love and kindness to others. He was a faithful Pittsburg Steelers fan and enjoyed watching football. He also loved to fish. Brian will be remembered most for his compassionate heart and friendly smile.

He is survived by his three children, Ashly Porter from Bakersfield, California, Katie and Shawn Porter from Merced, California and Three step children Julie and Michael of Merced California, Sandy Quick from Madera and 7 grandchildren. Brian is also survived by his mother, Carolyn Fleming of Winton, California, and his siblings, Tina Schneider and Kenneth Porter, both of Winton, California. He was preceded in death by his father, Ken Maynard Porter.

A service to honor and remember Brian will be held at Wilson Funeral Home in Atwater, California at 10am. The funeral home is assisting the family with the arrangements during this difficult time.
